RETURN & REPAIR POLICIES

Your ESPNER purchase order is always guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an ESPNER sunglasses you bought in the last 15 days from espner.com, please contact us at info@espner.com. Our customer representatives will take care of your issue & return. Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 15 business days.

• This returns process only applies to purchases made on our ESPNER website. If your ESPNER product was not purchased on our website, please refer to the original retailer.
• Proof of purchase order & receipt are needed for a return.
• ESPNER sunglasses should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product.
• We would be happy to refund you the full amount of ESPNER sunglasses within 15 days of delivery if they have not used or been worn. It has to be in resalable condition with both original case and swing tags.
